The very first competition didn't go to plan, as the Gloucester 50K on The month of january 20 was terminated due to the bad climate. Not a excellent begin to the year, as I'd like to believe I was in very good condition for a 50K...she states from the convenience of a computer keyboard ;-). fortunately the competition coordinators created the choice to terminate on the Friday, so we didn't really waste materials the weekend by travelling lower there. Regrettably we misplaced Every thing - competition entry, hotel, plane tickets and Vehicle hire. On a in addition note, we didn't have the Exact same terrible conditions (very first an enjoyable experience ever!) so I were able to easily fit in some quality back-to-back lengthy runs.
