exercise operate... After Plenty of study (and fake alarms) I've lastly chosen a "exercise race" fifty percent race to operate prior to cup City: the Egg covering Shuffle at the finish of 03 in Illinois. It's near to exactly where my cousins' live, so it'll be a two-for-one weekend break of race speed exercise and a go to with the fam.
Do any of you like to have a "exercise operate" prior to the large one? If so, how much in progress do you strategy it and how much? fifty percent? 15k? 10k?How ridic is this medal? Ha!
